DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery and Handling Fees

Within Australia we offer a Standard delivery through Australia Post with postage and handling fees of 12.00 AUD. For faster deliveries by Express Post or Courier please send us a message.

Outside Australia, we ask that you calculate the delivery cost at time of purchase. Please remember if you buy this product you are an importer so please check with your local customs regarding any regulations that may exist.

Delivery Times

Getting your purchases to you as quickly as possible is our aim. We will despatch merchandise within one business day from the first business day following your order date.

Below is a guide for delivery times in Australia.

For delivery to: NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD possibly
 2-4 business days

For delivery to: SA, WA, NT, TAS, possibly
 5-7 business days

For overseas delivery, times depending on your country and type of postage please send us a message.

Delivery Guidelines

For queries regarding the delivery date for a specific address please send us a message

The receiver, or anyone authorised to accept the goods on their behalf, must be present when the order is delivered. If there is no one at the address or no one willing and able to receive the order, a calling card will be left for you to collect the order from the Post Office.

We encourage you to pick up your goods from the Post Office as soon as practicable, as title and risk related to the goods passes to the receiver of the goods upon delivery of the goods to your nominated delivery address.

Proof of Purchase

Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by the following Proof of Purchase documents and includes:

  • Your Receipt of Purchase
  • Proof of Purchase (included with your delivery for items purchased online)

Refunds

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund on items unless the item is faulty or damaged, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, in breach of manufacturer’s warranties or consumer guarantees or where otherwise required by law. Please note you have 30 days to return your product.

Consumer guarantees

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Resilienze For Life. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, or is significantly damaged in shipping, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value of the product.

Damaged Goods

We will be pleased to offer you another product or refund of your purchase if:

  • You have produced satisfactory Proof of Purchase and we can verify your identity as the purchaser of the goods.

Returns

The quickest and easiest way to return a product that was purchased online, is to go to our website and complete the “Information Regarding my Purchase” form to let us know what has happened to your product.
